Welcome to 3D Mappa. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 3D Mappa application for iPhone, iPad and Mac (the "App") and the website 3dmappa.com (the "Site"). By downloading, accessing or using the App or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Site.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed through the Apple App Store. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Terrain, elevation, satellite and map data displayed in the App are derived from third-party data sources and are provided for visualization and analysis purposes. While we strive for accuracy, elevation models and derived analyses (contour, slope, aspect and similar maps) are approximations and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for engineering, construction, navigation or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for verifying exported data before professional use and for complying with the license terms of any third-party data sources.
The App, Site, logos and all related content are owned by 3D Mappa or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Files you export from your own projects belong to you, subject to the rights of third-party data providers.
The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will always be available for every location.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Mappa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update, modify or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must cease using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
